At Human Nutrients, we prioritize your satisfaction and offer a return policy that reflects our commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.

Comprehensive Return Guidelines

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Pre-order Cancellations

If you have placed a pre-order for an item that is temporarily sold out, you can cancel at any time before it is dispatched and receive a full refund, including any shipping paid. There is nothing to return and no need to give a reason — just email hello@humannutrients.com with your order number and we will refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page, in your basket and on the payment page before you order. If that date changes, we will email you in advance with the option to cancel. Your usual 30-day money-back guarantee still applies in full and starts from the day your order is delivered — not the day you ordered.
