5. Ordering & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.
6. Shipping & Delivery

6a. Pre-orders
Where a product is shown as sold out and available to pre-order, the estimated dispatch date is stated clearly on the product page, in your basket, and on the payment page before you confirm your order. You are asked to tick a box confirming you have read and accepted that date before you can complete checkout.
Payment for pre-orders is taken in full at the time of ordering. This reserves your unit from the incoming batch and is the reason we can hold stock for you rather than allocating it on a first-come basis at the point of arrival.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason, and receive a full refund including any shipping paid. Email hello@humannutrients.com with your order number and we will refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights or our 30-day money-back guarantee, which begins on the date of delivery.
If the stated dispatch date changes for any reason, we will email you before that date with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we have not dispatched your order within 30 days of purchase you may cancel and receive a full refund.
7. Refunds & Returns
We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery — no questions asked.
